• administrations and authorities where required by law (customs, tax or judicial authorities).

In the context of international transport operations (Asia, Africa, the Americas, etc.), certain strictly necessary data (shipper/consignee contact details, information on the goods) may be transmitted to partners located outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, or necessity for the performance of the contract in accordance with Article 49 of the GDPR).

• Prospects: 3 years from the last contact;
• Customers: for the duration of the business relationship, then archiving in accordance with legal requirements (contractual and transport documents: 5 years; accounting records: 10 years);
• Audience measurement data: 25 months maximum;

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access: encrypted communications (HTTPS), access control, anti-spam mechanisms, regular backups and staff awareness.
