Understanding the cookies and trackers used on our website and how to manage them

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. Similar technologies (browser local storage — localStorage and sessionStorage —, pixels) are treated as cookies in this policy. The website www.nopatradingsolutions.com does not set any HTTP cookie: it only uses your browser's local storage, as described below.
On your first visit, a "Manage my cookies" window lets you accept, refuse or customise the use of trackers, category by category. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which the window is shown again. Closing the window without making a choice means continuing to browse with strictly necessary trackers only, without any lasting record of that choice.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page, or directly here: open the cookie manager.
Essential for the website to work, they do not require consent: storage of your consent choices, anti-spam protection of the forms (contact, quote, newsletter) and language preference (handled through the page address, with no storage). Fonts and icons (Google Fonts, Font Awesome) are loaded from third-party servers required for rendering: they do not set any cookie, only a technical transfer of your IP address occurs on loading.
Our in-house tool NOPA Analytics measures site traffic (pages viewed, visit duration, approximate geographic origin, device type) to improve our content. It is only loaded after your consent and uses the identifiers nopa_sid and nopa_vid. Data is aggregated, is not used to identify you personally and is never shared with advertising networks.
The webinar calendar (Webinars page) is hosted by Livestorm (app.livestorm.co). It is only loaded after your consent; Livestorm may then set its own cookies.
No advertising cookie is used on this website: no targeted advertising, no advertising pixel and no social-network tracker.

Data collected through trackers is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You have, in particular, the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, which you can exercise by writing to contact@nopatradingsolutions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
This policy (version 1.0) may be updated, in particular when new services or partners are added or regulations change. In the event of a major change, the version of your consent is invalidated and you will be asked to consent again on your next visit.
